For added safety, the deep fryer is designed with double temperature probes that will automatically shut off the appliance if it becomes overheated. The lid features a window, allowing you to monitor the food without opening it, and preventing boiled oil from splashing. The fryer basket's plastic handle protects your hands from scalding, ensuring safe and easy operation.
