The illuminated power and ready lights indicate when the heating elements are on and when the oil is ready for cooking.
For easy clean-up, the heating elements and electrical controls can be disassembled from the rest of the fryer. The non-stick 3.0-liter cooking tanks are removable and coated with steel, providing durability and making them easy to clean. The steel cooking/strainer baskets come with built-in drain hooks, ensuring quick and easy draining before serving, and have folding handles that conveniently store inside the baskets when not in use.
The magnetic break-away power cords add a level of safety while cooking and can be stored easily inside the cooking/strainer baskets during storage.
